Council seeking ordinance to crack down on “sweepstakes”

Sgt. Steve O’Neal with the Copperas Cove Police Department spoke about a problem with gaming in town during the Copperas Cove City Council Workshop meeting Tuesday evening. He wasn’t referring to Dungeons and Dragons or Magic cards, but rather where gambling is occurring, he said.
